摘 要

我国是一个有着56个民族的多民族国家，各民族有着自己的民族传统项目，而毽球运动就是我国独有的民族体育运动之一。它不但是一种锻炼身体的手段，而且是一种优美的艺术表演。这项运动不受场地、器材、季节、年龄、身材、人数、性别的限制。运动强度也可以自行控制。它是一种集运动、健身、教育、娱乐、趣味于一体，具有较强的健身功能和愉悦功能的运动项目，适合小学生的身心发展需要。很适宜在学校体育课堂教学的开展[4]。目前，有部分城市已开展这项运动的课堂教学，但在湖北省利川市小学体育课堂教学开展这项运动项目的学校并不多。本文通过文献资料法、访谈法获得相关资料来介绍毽球运动的起源、特点，并结合利川市小学体育课堂教学现状、设施现状出发，来探讨这项民族传统体育项目在利川市小学体育课堂教学的可行性和推广的必要性。为丰富当前小学体育教学资源、教学内容，提供一些新的方法、新手段和新思路。这不仅是民族传统体育项目在体育课堂教学的发展趋势，也是对传承和发展我国民族体育有着积极的推动作用，为丰富校园体育文化增强学生民族凝聚力有着深远的意义。

Abstract

China is a multi-ethnic country with 56 different nationalities and each nationality has its own ethnic projects. tlecock sport is one of the unique ethnic sports in our country. It is not only a means of exercise, but also a beautiful performing arts. This sport is not subjected to venue, equipment, season, age, size, number, gender. Exercising intensity can also be controlled. It conbines sports, fitness, teaching, entertainment and fun as one. It also has the function strong fitness and entertainment, suitable for pupils’ physical and mental development which fits to be carried out in PE classroom of schools [4]. At present, there are some cities which have taught this sport in class. But in Lichuan City, Hubei Province, less elementary schools teach this course. Through literary review and interviews to obtain relevant information and the presentation of the origin and features of shuttlecock sport, in combination with current situation of physical education in Lichuan elementary schools, this article is to explore and analyze necessity and feasibility of popularizing Shuttlecock sport in the elementary schools of Lichuan city so as to enrich PE resources and teaching contents of the current elementary schools, to provide some new methods, new means and new ideas. This is not only the trend of traditional national sport in PE class, also a positive role in promoting the inheritance and development of China's national sport. Meanwhile it has far-reaching significance in enriching the sports culture on campus and enhancing the students’ national cohesion.
